About Us

Age-D-Fying.com was created by Dedrick Henry.  Dedrick has been involved in physical fitness throughout his life, from boys club to Division I collegiate level sports.  He is currently on the board of Urban Perform, a nonprofit gym located in the inner city of Atlanta, GA.  Dedrick is also a member of the Southern Powerlifting Federation (SPF) and the Python Power League, where he competes in bench press competitions.  He is currently the SPF Georgia state record holder in the raw bench press, 198 lbs sub-masters division.  He is also the Python Power League record holder in the raw bench press, 198 lbs 30-39 years old division.  Now in his 40s, Dedrick is committed to continue to defy age in his powerlifting endeavors.
